What you get with an audit
A report your team can act on tomorrow
Per component, not per WCAG criterion. Every finding gets a user story and a priority — with a screenshot or code example where it helps. An action plan per team, a summary for managers, and findings you can export to Jira or GitHub.
How a finding reads
- Priority: high — element
<button> - User story: “As a screen reader user I only hear ‘button’. I don’t know what happens when I click it.”
- Fix: add a meaningful
aria-label
Tested by hand by a senior auditor — not by a scanner
Automated tools only find part of the WCAG issues. They don’t start a screen reader, don’t use the keyboard, don’t test zoom. Our auditor does — with a four-eyes check and real assistive technology for everything scanners miss.
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
- Keyboard only
- Zoom up to 400%
- Multiple browsers and devices
- Forms with autofill and focus order
Questions about your report? Unlimited, at no extra cost
Something unclear? A finding you want to double-check? Just ask — that is part of the audit. For hands-on guidance while you fix the issues, we work with a support bundle (€100/hour).
No conflict of interest
- We don’t build websites
- We don’t manage content
- We don’t sell software
- We only audit and advise
From first call to closed file — in 3 steps
- 1
Introduction + quote
In 30 minutes we discuss your site or app, your team, your deadlines and what you already have. You get a clear quote within two working days — no standard price list, just fixed hourly rates.
- 2
Thorough audit
A manual test by a senior auditor, with a four-eyes check. We simulate different disabilities and listen to your website or app with a screen reader.
- 3
Report + retest
You receive the report per component, with user stories, an action plan per team and export buttons. After your fixes we run the retest — to check everything works and the file can be closed.
Frequently asked questions
How long does an audit take?
Three to five weeks from start to delivery. It depends on the size of your website or app. We align the planning with your deadline.
Do we have to fix everything at once?
No. We help you prioritise. For each issue we indicate the impact: minor, moderate or severe. So you can start with the most important issues and pick up the rest later.
Is this mandatory for us?
If your website or app falls under the European Accessibility Act: yes, since June 2025. That applies to most commercial services — webshops, banking, travel booking, e-books, communication services. Public sector bodies in the EU have had to comply with the Web Accessibility Directive (and the harmonised standard EN 301 549) for longer.
What if we're not technical?
No problem. We translate everything into plain language. And if you have a developer with questions, they can ask us anything too. We adapt to your situation.
Can you fix the problems as well?
We advise, your developers implement. If you don’t have your own developers, we can refer you to agencies we work with.
What exactly do we get?
A report per page with screenshots and explanations, a CSV file with all findings for project management, code snippets per solution, and a walkthrough in an online session (optional). You can keep asking questions about the report afterwards at no extra cost. If you want us to help while you fix things, we work with a support bundle at €100/hour.
What does an audit cost?
It depends on the size and type of your site. A full audit starts from approximately €2,100 (excl. VAT). During an introductory call we give you a clear indication straight away — no surprises afterwards.
